just put a Dr. note in it.. ... that should be okay.
in fact.... when you go buy the medi... there is a receipt.... the "sticker" thing.. put that in it too

since i'm gettin it for my friend's mom...i don't have a doc's note from her...
plus i dun have any receipt or sticker thing for the medicine....T.T
