| 回覆: 試過的減肥方法? I go jogging 3 times a week, go to the gym. I lost 20 lbs in 3 months. Try not to slack off, u can lose weight in no time. U MUST EXECISE, eat less doesn't do much. Just stop u from gainning weight.
