Walk-at least 1 hrs everyday for 5 days
stretch-everyday
dance-2 to 3 times a week
badminton-3 hrs per week
some light exercises (kick, breakdance moves, crouches,hula hoop, squat...) everyday
hot bath-at least once a week
and i don't even sit when i use computer....
and i plan to learn breakdance or capoeira... |
