Oh, just want to say walking is NOT execise. Dance...depends how u dance. I say Cardio is the best lose weight execise. IF u really want to lose weight. Go 20 minutes cardio everyday, i gurrantee u get good result. ONCE u lose to certain amount, it will slow down, but don't stop. All i want to say is losing weight is EXTREMELY boring, but i don't mind. haha~~ I love the result.

and i think it's most important that u exercise in a healthy way and u enjoy what u r doing
cos even tho i do stupid things but i enjoy it...so i'm happy~:P
i do hiphop/jazz and i'm planning to start on my breakdancing~
