What is digital Perm? ;p what's "digital" about it? lol

cuz you get those analog stuff and convert to digital signal as heat and transferred to you hair and then ur hair will be able to conduct electricity and therefore be able to communicate by digital signal! so 2 ppl with digital perm will actually be able to exchange information without making any sound but by transferring data through the air that is generated from their hair!
