YES DEFINETELY...
properly speaking applicants don't even need to include their address nor phone number, all they have to provide is an email address and their name.
Also, all the ones listed above by Mucha should also NOT be asked during an interview or ask if you own a car or drive to work. Privacy Acts limits a lot of Q's.
