雖然任何雇主不能以這些資料來決定要不要僱用你
但這些多餘的資料 反而讓你自己被分類
這些不會幫助你 反而減少自己的機會
會第二語言也要看工作需要不需要才放

Hmmm....I am not sure if this is true.
Employers are not allow to ask things like age, gender, religion and marital status for sure. And I agree that these information are not needed in resume. However, there is nothing stopping applicants from disclosing these information.
Not listing grades!?! If you are applying for entry level position and without much work experience, listing your academic results is essential.
