Let's be clear on the definition on grades....with grades, I was thinking about GPA. Are you suggesting NOT to list GPA in resume?

Remember you have less than 30 seconds to impress the reader. Without GPA and work experience, you leave very little to poke the employer's interest.

the first 2 sites are US-based website (American)... maybe their employers like seeing GPA/grades on resume?
