i dont think anyone is at fault le..
they are at fault of not informing u that ur payment didnt go though..
and u didnt take the time to check if ur payment went through..
so..i dont know..
but that lady has an attiude problem..
u should quit the bank!!lol

but the payment is taken out of the account on the due date..
and the online statement is usually 2 or 3 days later when it gets updated
even if I check on the due date it won't show it didn't go through
it'll be too late already :shrug:
and I don't know what time they will process the payment and confirm with them if the payment goes through :shrug:
and yeah.. if the lady's attitude is nice I won't be this mad
but she's rude! :blast:
