I think I wouldn't pay the 20 bux
if the VISA rep is so inexperience (since they don't even know how to add zeros) that screwed up ur payment
why would a customer be held responsible?
Automatic payment usually takes up to 24 hours to go through..
so 2 days is already sufficient
I would talk to the branch manager
and also to the card centre manager
even though 20 bux to them may seem like nothing
but as a customer.. we do have our rights..
so.. ALWAYS ASK FOR NAMES WHEN U MAKE A CALL
and since the calls r usually recorded as well
they can go back and listen to the calls

i believe they are required to state their names when taking ur calls ba?
all the calls i made the customer representative always state their name first then ask me wut they can do for me..
switch to CIBC! i never got shit like that from them..

i only got shit from visa...visa is GAY!

they didnt even tell me i went over the limit and then charged me for an over limit fee 2 FREAKING TIMES!
and when i called and asked abt it they were like oh that';s cuz it's in the same period..
same period my ass!! if it's the same period how did i get 2 statements?!?!
