應該是從店上用 msn 傳 msg 的人不用付錢, 然後用手機收 msn msg 的人則看和手機公司的合約是什麼.
一般應該視同如接 text message 一樣吧? 如果你收 text message 免費, 應該就可以免費收 msn text msg.
可是如果你收 msg 要 charge 錢的話...那可能最好不要把 msn 擺 mobile 給 everyone, cuz somebody can screw you up really bad. :shakehead

i believe fido charges extra for internet txt msg..
it's 10 cent for receiving regular msg from other cell phones and 15 for internet msgs
i am not sure if they changed it or not...
i use fido to fido now, and i only get msg from fido cells so i dont pay for my msg~
