yap! Downtown is one of my favorite place to go for dinner. My favorites in downtown are Yoshoku-ya, Caffe de medici, Guu, Kintaro Ramen, CinCin, Hermitage, Bin 941, etc...
Yaletown, W. Broadway, & W. 4th have a lot of great restaurants as well. For example, Fiction, Cafe D'Lite, Shiru-Bay, Section (3), Chianti, Maurya, etc
