Shiru-bay is a izakaya restaurant with high-end but cozy atmosphere. I like it a lot! I have been there 3 times. My favorite dishes were ebi-mayo prawns, asparagus gyoza, grilled mackeral fish, etc... Here is the info of this restaurant: Shiru-bay
