There are so many small, cozy, unique, special & good food quality restaurants in vancouver, but they are not very well known. I call them the "hidden" restaurants. They may not have the best decors, but very personal and serve amazing food. The ones on my favorite list are:
Yoshoku-ya,
Accents Restaurant,
L'Emotion.
