no, backcombing won't damage ur hair if u do it right
wut u do is take a tail comb or wide tooth pick(depending on how much hair u have) bring a section of hair straight up to towards the ceiling 'n push the comb firmly downwards thru hair 'n smooth out
'n i dunno bout perms~ u should ask ur hair stylist:) |
