interesting read, although i can't gurantee if it actually works or not.. or what parts of the system does it turn off for that matter
guess i'll try it tmr to see if i can at least get the slip indicators to come up
and i just got the very basic package .. no add on whatsoever

Why would you want to turn off portions of vdim? My car has vdim and it felt a lot safer driving in wet condition than ones without. Wait a sec you have IS250 right? That car doesn't have vdim ah only is350, gs430 and rx400h have. Are you planning to mod?
