a house w/ all renters
police will talk to the renters
so i guess the police would deal w/ renter in this situation
cuz landlord cannot do anything about it
landlord就算看renter不爽也不能趕他們走
unless they don't pay..
but then landlord還是要跟政府申請
通過的話還要給renter notice

I think if you have a legitimate reason you can kick them out, like you are going to sell house or if you have a realative coming to live with you or something like that, just make one up, doesn't have to be real ^^
