I think if you have a legitimate reason you can kick them out, like you are going to sell house or if you have a realative coming to live with you or something like that, just make one up, doesn't have to be real ^^

i think unless u leased it, or signed an agreement saying u would not kick them out..u can kick them out anytime ba?
