I know our house is in the suburbs -- Fraser Height of Surrey, but I just can't seem to understand why our tenent is so crazy crazy...

下面的四口子... 從夫妻打架, 打小孩, 警察來訪... it's tv drama brought to live.

My dad tried to talk to them but they only seem to get crazier. 暴力, 摔東西, 破壞 --> They need to go.

anyone knows any decent 租客 不帶drama, 不暴力, 不破壞, 不開車撞房子?

I mean how can any 40-something y.o. grownup person 開車撞一個不會動的房子, 把車庫門撞壞??? Simply stupid or plain retarded?
