sometimes icbc is gay, and still assess it being ur fault..
my brother rear ended someone cuz that guy made a wide right turn..
that is like toally his fault, not my brother's
but icbc determined it to be my brother's fualt..like in full..it was gay..=..="

usually~~ rear end car gets blamed... cuz icbc would say u didn't stay enough distance~
