I have edited out the pictures, as I do not think it is appropriate to post other people's picture without their consent.
Having said that, sorry to hear about this kind of thing happening to you...
if you knows she works at safeway, have you tried to contact them and see when she's working and maybe you can find her while she's working there.
If it is a large amount, you can also consult RCMP or your local police station and see if there's any actions they can do to help you locate this girl.
