Dear Andrew,
This is Martin Shen trying to contact Mr. Fu for I left your phone # in Surrey apartment. After checking with Strata manager saying that renting out the suite out from August should be no problem, therefore I plan to make time with Mr. Fu about the contract. Please advise his phone again or ask him to call me at his convenience with thanks.
