我記得Kwantlen 有 Free ESL　Class　好像是從１月就開始了　我不知道４約有沒有

but i think he can go sign up for those adult education courses..they teach eng 12..:spin:
and probablly cheaper too..it's i think 300 for a course..
but i dont know if non-citizens can go though@@
