請問一下喔.....
當你們在找工作的時候進去他們的店裡會問什麼人
為什麼我問店員有沒有在徵人的時候她們都是一付大便臉...

還有還有.....要怎麼跟他們說阿...我都說請問一下你們這裡有沒有在徵人/缺人.....但是好像又少了點什麼....我也不豬到......

It's really simple. There's 2 reasons why they don't like to bird you.

1. People who work there are eithered paid by the hour, by commission or a fixed amount monthly. Regardless, they have nothing to gain by helping you. Especially if you are talking to sales, and there's customers around, they don't really have the time to chit chat with you.

2. Don't forget if you are applying for a job there and you are better qualified you might replace the people working there. So most people don't feel the need to help you take over their job.

My suggestion to you is walk in and tell them you would like to drop off your resume for the manager. If the manager is there maybe you can talk to them. If not, just drop it off, say thank you and leave.

yeah...i did that....i drop off my resume and leave...but still....and if they are busy or the customer are around i usually won't go ask them...
and i feel that the people in canadian store are nicer

I don't know if dropping off resume works though. We have people dropping resume in our office but we usually just tossed away. All the people working in our office are referred by people we know.

The only time we would really read resume is when we posted job request in some websites... which means when we needed person.
