最近買了一個DVD burnner, 左燒右燒都不成功
可否指點一下
如果我要把一個網上下載的短片，像是mpeg, rm 等格式
燒在dvd上, 拿到電視連接的dvd player來看
要怎麼用?

oh .. welcome to the world of DVD burner...

first of all.. what kind of burner you got ? ... hopefully you got a dual mode burner...

now.. secondly .. what kind of DVD media do you use ? .. +R or -R ? ..what brand ? ...

...third... what brand is your DVD player ? how old is it ?

.... but .. anyhow.. if you just burn a single MPEG file or RM file to your DVD... it sure won't play on your DVD player.. at this stage.. it is just a data disk....


you can to at least change it to VCD / SVCD / DVD format (or authoring) before your DVD player can play it....

Also..don't burn your DVD too fast....

actually i bought the burnner with open-box
so there is no manual and i only know the
brand is leo. It can burn +R and -R.

I am guessing there might be a software can do the
following...
mpeg -> dvd/vcd format as u mentioned.

try Nero and DVD shrink as well.

never heard of a brand called LEO ... also.. when it comes to DVD burner.....my personal preference is Sony/NEC/Pioneer.... I won't go BenQ/LiteOn etc.. that is JUST my preference...

diff ppl .. diff preference..let's not start a debate on brands...

anyways.....yeah.. read the site I send you. .and that should be more then you ever wanna read about format conversion....

Leo is company from TW....it's called 國眾 in chinese~

my personal pfrerence is lite-on/nec/yamaha/ , i never tried sony b4..cause they seems overprices~~
