而印度人住的又是那些區呢? 是不是印度人住的區域治安較差呢?
Surrey現在的房價又是如何?
煩請了解Surrey狀況的人,能給予一些建議......

另外,請問好像很少看到人家提及Delta,請問是否有人知道Delta是個什麼樣的區域?

well..~ there are like hindhu area in vancouver too..~
i dun think its worse living there...in terms of the safeness....
i live in North Surrey..~ around Guildford area...~ there are a lot more sub-division areas in the Surrey...
i think its pretty good living here...~ one thing that is bad is the people who hang around the transit system...~ they sell weeds and fuq around there...~ if you wanna live in a safe area~ trying living beside a school zone..~ it is supposed to be safer...~ in my opinion...~
if there is anything else you wanna know..~ just ask...~ Surrey people, though live far, are somehow nice and do not like to fight or play gangster sh!t with others..~ general speaking i would say....but u dun wanna mess with viet ppl for sure..~

I live in S. Sry (White Rock) for more than 5 yrs, I think here is the best area in Sry. (No offense to other parts of Sry, just my personal opinion) Very nice and beautiful area. 也有所謂在排名裡的明星學校: Semiahmoo Secondary, 我在那畢業的, generally, 老師是都還不錯~ Delta is good too, but u have choose a good area as well (那邊我比較不清楚) but Seaquine (不會拼) Secondary is good too.

現在的房價都比較高... 所以....
不過還是比溫哥華＆Burnaby便宜

White Rock我曾去過,真是nice! i like it!.....但這一帶是不是白人比華人多呢? 有沒有Elementary School 辦得不錯的ESL學校?

雞羅佛應該是在 104 st - 88 st, 152 - 160 ave 之間吧
至於esl我就不知道了...反正你在學校看到白人就跟他們哈拉一下
久了之後, 英文就變好了
