是誰的錯?

好生氣哦..
上個月我把我的 royal bank credit card 轉成 automatic payment
我給了那個人我的 branch, account number (on the phone)
結果一直到了昨天我才收到 royal bank 給我一封信
他說我的 payment 沒有 go through..
the information they have there is incomplete
所以我今天打電話給他們 customer service
我問他有什麼問題.. 後來他又跟我對了一次.. 號碼還是一樣... 他也不知道為什麼..
找了好久.. 他才跟我說我的 branch 號碼不對
啊我明明就是看著我的 online bank statement 給他的啊
怎麼會不對ㄋ?
他就叫我打電話給我的 branch.. 問清楚 branch number
我打給我的 branch.. 他說是這個號碼 (9720) 沒錯啊
而且他們都沒有換過
後來我又打回去 royal bank visa centre.. 跟他們說我的 branch 說沒錯啊
我們就覺得很奇怪..
後來我就問那個女的.. 通常 branch 都有幾個號碼
他說有 5 個....................................... 哇咧..
那他不會在前面加個零或是後面加個零試試看哦?
結果後來就成功了
結果因為我的 visa 上個月 payment 沒有過就多了 almost $20 的 interest
這個是誰的錯? :cry: 我要找誰要啊? :cry:
我好生氣跟那個 royal bank 的人說那我的 interest 怎麼辦
那個女的態度超強硬.. 好惡劣哦.. 講話像要吵架一樣
說不是他們的錯.. 他們不會 take responsibility

我聽了一火我就說 ok I'll just stop using Royal bank and close all my accounts
他聽了就說要轉我到 manager 那.. 我說不用了.. 我不想再說了
我就掛他電話.. 生氣啊 :angry fir
這種情形到底是誰的錯咧?
Royal Bank 還是我咧? 我要不要找他們算帳到底?
還是直接換銀行? :angry fir

那時候我真的是太生氣了..
生氣到聲音都在抖..
我怕我即使轉到 manager 也說不了話 :S
But I just wrote a complaint letter to RBC..
too bad I don't have that operator's name ><

i dont think anyone is at fault le..
they are at fault of not informing u that ur payment didnt go though..
and u didnt take the time to check if ur payment went through..
so..i dont know..
but that lady has an attiude problem..
u should quit the bank!!lol

i don't think that talking to the manager will help...rbc truly sucks...for my parents, they are pretty rich and have quite large amount of money in the bank and they always got VIP treament...for me...it's totally different...they don't give a shit if you only got couple thousand dollars in the bank....so...suck it up..and change the bank ba...:shrug:

P.S. but you should try to talk to the manger if you have free time...because you never know...

and don't be mad....most of the banks are like this....only rich ppl get respected...:)

forgot to mention...

VISA is not directly related to the RBC...that's why RBC employees don't care...so the best way to do it is to pay your payment right now...and call the visa help center to tell them the whole story...


sometimes...you have to pay to learn the lesson....and this really sucks!



P.S. always use the online transfer for the visa payment (i never had any problem since I started using it 3 years ago)

had that problem be4 as well with TD.....
service lady was like its not their fault....
and we have to pay extra $40 interest ....
and my mom refuse to pay... :biglaugh:

u have to talk to the mandarin speakin representitives....

but the payment is taken out of the account on the due date..
and the online statement is usually 2 or 3 days later when it gets updated
even if I check on the due date it won't show it didn't go through
it'll be too late already :shrug:
and I don't know what time they will process the payment and confirm with them if the payment goes through :shrug:
and yeah.. if the lady's attitude is nice I won't be this mad
but she's rude! :blast:

I usually use online transfer too..
but I have the automatic payment set up too in case I forgot
but last month I had a trip so I kinda forgot about it
when I remembered it's already 2 days before the due date
I thought maybe the online transfer takes a few days to process
so I just thought I'll let the automatic payment pay..
and this happened :angry fir
