...yea...i've been to Section 3 in yaletown just this past summer for my b-day party there...it was really good...food price are not expensive at all..the drinks was excellent

If you want views...One I can think of is the BRIDGES restaurant on Granville Island. Cost is OK too. Usually good service...altho I've only been there once.
