what do you guys think about her, like what she said to the natives?

although i believe the natives misunderstood her, i think what she said is totally unacceptable. like ok, i agree what she said about over-cultivation, and many buildings shouldn't be built at a hazardous site. however, the green was the government for the last 4 years, right? it should just enforce a strict law right after 921 to prevent the same landslides from ever happening again. what the 災民 need is help and money, not 馬後砲 from the VP.

the government should just apologize and prevent an misunderstanding become an unpreventable disaster.

而不能像以前一樣有話就說
直言很好

there are law...prohibite building on land slide areas...
but like they will listen !

只是很多話很多事情，她的身分不能說不能做；
因為她說了什麼，都可能會代表政府的既定政策。
尤其以台灣不正常的政治生態，
隨便講一句話，可能只是時機不對但沒有錯。
就會有立法委員或其他官員群起攻擊，
造成社會更大的損失。

反過來看，這些國家議員是不是格調水平道德觀太低了點？

通過文件允許分發保護地 - 抓
允許濫墾濫伐的官員要負責 - 抓
明知道是濫墾濫伐的業者還要對官員軟硬關說 - 抓
政府沒有急速救災？ - 說沒有就太沒良心了吧

原住民？
只是被利用而已，
忘了她叫什麼名字，有夠北爛。
如果出師有名，有何不可。
明明只是誤會，何必要弄得社會繼續震盪？
而且，告訴原住民什麼可以做什麼不可以做，
有誰有聽進去？不該做的還不是照做！
強制？就有要抗爭說政府要滅亡他們！

積水不退？
政府宣導不要抽地下水，民眾講不聽。
明抽暗抽造成地層下陷，水淹了很久都不退。
我只能說，之前他們抽的水，老天還給他們了。

個人想法
台灣人，not all but....，
如果沒有法律強制高壓執行，
當你勸導他這樣不行那樣不行，
他罵你不讓他擁有他的權利，
（地下水在我家下面，我當然可以抽？）
他罵你讓他日子過不下去。

強制通過法令，採嚴刑峻罰，看誰還敢？

ＰＳ　我就知道一個採砂石的生意人移民來這裡。

在台灣的山脈蓋了許多什麼公路，
一大堆什麼有的沒有的山路，
這些路呢，是其中一個造成 72 水災的主因。

這位次長主張這些路就不要修了，
越修越糟糕，這樣也是不錯。

說政府不把這些道路打通，民眾交通不便。

do laws exist in taiwan?

the difference between here and taiwan is laws here are strictly enforced. laws in taiwan are not.

if the taiwanse government strictly enforces all the laws, who would not listen?

CK...see since green became government many people just oppose them ...for the sake of opposing...
If Taiwan government strictly enforce, governemt get yelled at too !
they would say government 沒人權 不聽民情
