We are easy going couples with 2 kids looking for mature students / independants to rent our room.

$700 includes all utilities, internet and cable connection, access to laundry.

* Rooms are large, bright and in the upper floor.
* Every room are furnished with queen sized bed, desk, dresser, bookshelf and closet. (TV setup available if leasing for long term)
* Great atmosphere and safe location for international or local students.
* Includes free high speed wireless and secured internet and cablevision connection

• Great location:
* 1/2 block to bus route to downtown, UBC and Langara.
* 2 blocks to Douglas park community centre, 1 block to supermarket, Starbucks, bubble tea, etc.
* Mixed Asian and Caucasian family
* If meals are needed, we cook all types of foods ($150 / month for breakfast and dinner Sun - Thurs. Total cost: $850)

$350 for deposit.

One room will be available on March 1, 2008, the other room will be available on June 1 2008.
