peasants view: "this action is wrong"
politicians view: "i know this action is wrong, BUT i will do it anyways

People have different parties to keep the balance of power. Without different parties there would only be dictatorship, and we've all seen what that can do to a sociality from histories of the human race.

Opposition party's role is to keep the party in charge on the right track, and do what is best for their country. Sure they should work together, but it is difficult because the main reason that they are two seprate parties is due to their differences in philosophy and political agenda...
