Firing people has so much processes in my company...(we are unioned) ..
to fire someone i have to to give them 2 written warnings then i need to explain reason for wanting to fire to the union..then i gotta give them 2 week notice before firing them...
i got one fire after 3 weeks of work...damn i wanted him gone since the 2nd day he started working...

our hiring person really blind Lolz...always hire buncha retard
