金太郎拉麵 Kintaro Ramen on Denmen

今天跟阿伯去金太郎吃拉麵
自從上次試喝了他的 Miso Ramen 湯底就一直對他念念不忘
今天剛好天氣有點涼想吃點熱呼呼的東西
我們就決定去金太郎吃...
哦耶... 雖然今天不是 weekend 可是人還是很多
座位還是幾乎都坐滿
我們兩個都 order Miso Ramen... light soup base and lean pork
他的 Miso Ramen 真的不是蓋的...
我以前總覺得 Miso Ramen 味道很奇怪
可是他的卻會讓我吃上癮
濃郁的豬骨湯加上香甜的 Miso.. 還帶有一點點的辣味
裡面還有玉米的甜味
真的會一喝再喝.. 欲罷不能..
還有他的麵還滿 Q 的.. 不會爛爛的 XD
像我雖然麵吃不完.. 可是我還是把湯喝的一乾二盡
大家可以吃吃看 :)

they make their own noodle...
though it looks like machine-made...well..in a way..they make their own noodle..
and if you put the noodle into the water and cook it for just the right time..
take it up...strain it reall quick..~
the noodle ..as you find out..is really QQ..and if you also noticed...
it is kind of repel to water...~ as in it does not absorb that much water or soup..or that quickly...~ its good stuff...=)

Yes it's good. I prefer extra pork and seaweed though. Also shio base is better than miso.

Yes it's good. I prefer extra pork and seaweed though. Also shio base is better than miso.

really?
I used to have shoyu..
I liked it at first.. but then after I tried miso I like miso better
kintaro's shoyu is too salty for me @@
