I did follow all the meal....
so hard to lose weight...
for me ... just don't work.

I should say money back as income....usually people suggest you to really listen and know about what they are really doing instead of just eat and drink...because if you don't listen , you may not know what you are getting.
If you did not follow their meal list, then you won't see the result...you should at least work on it for the 9 days...then you can just keep it , doesn't need to continuous loose weight.

they are not being honest....you are just being tricked...他們的心態是想賺你的錢, 也就是我所謂的缺德商人!
我的目的是好心, 也不想騙人...我所有朋友吃了真的有效...這是我看的見的...我明天就要開始吃...有什麼告訴你吧! 照著那各表吃, 是一各九天詳細的meal schedule and what you should eat in those 9 days...並不是你買的那幾灌吃什麼....if you have a honest person for this then you will know more about the system and how it works...

you get bonuses points and money to you as part of income...but you have to be the member, otherwise, you don't get all the benefit...and they are not suppose to sell singly anyways, if they do, then again not taking your side to benefit you.

其實減肥最重要的是飲食啦...
飲食加運動

飲食不是節食喔

均衡飲食 不吃額外垃圾食物
不過我太愛甜食了.XDXDXD...

所以一直瘦不下來
