是在Bridgeport那裡.....
叫Fitness Unlimited.
星期一開到5AM....其他時間都是24/7~

我付了一年半了....
應該有去快10次了吧!

Well.....a friend friend of mine asked me to join it with him....
I joined coz there is a indoor basketball court there~

And when I asked him about the membership not long ago......
He said : I cancelled it after a few months.

You may join the aerobics classes 30~ 50mins and do " Step master" for 20 mins.... $34 per month ....

^^我建議妳上完健身房後馬上游泳 我知道雖然很累 但是身材線條真的會很均勻漂亮~ 同一個第方不要練太久 會有很明顯的肌肉 到時反而弄巧成拙 anywayz~祝妳成功摟 改天一起去吧!!~
我以前一個禮拜去好幾次 但是現在 唉 ~ 沒時間喔>.<
