試過的減肥方法?

女生好像都是看別人很瘦,看自己很胖......
有試過甚麼減肥方法呢?
我試過泡澡阿...少量多餐阿...催眠阿...還有蔬菜湯
最最最有效方法可以一個禮拜瘦3公斤左右
那個方法就是









.........分手(而且要是被甩的那一方)
再來第二有效的就是運動了.....
可是現在好像到了瓶頸都瘦不下去了說T.T
還有甚麼有效的減肥方法呢?

I go jogging 3 times a week, go to the gym. I lost 20 lbs in 3 months. Try not to slack off, u can lose weight in no time. U MUST EXECISE, eat less doesn't do much. Just stop u from gainning weight.

lol ok here's how i exercise...
Walk-at least 1 hrs everyday for 5 days
stretch-everyday
dance-2 to 3 times a week
badminton-3 hrs per week
some light exercises (kick, breakdance moves, crouches,hula hoop, squat...) everyday
hot bath-at least once a week
and i don't even sit when i use computer....
and i plan to learn breakdance or capoeira...

All i want to say is losing weight is EXTREMELY boring, but i don't mind. haha~~ I love the result.

Oh, just want to say walking is NOT execise. Dance...depends how u dance. I say Cardio is the best lose weight execise. IF u really want to lose weight. well i guess it's better than nothing:P
and i think it's most important that u exercise in a healthy way and u enjoy what u r doing
cos even tho i do stupid things but i enjoy it...so i'm happy~:P
i do hiphop/jazz and i'm planning to start on my breakdancing~

我有試過針灸(感覺不是針灸有用, 而是砸了大把銀子, 才逼得自己控制自己 ),
減肥藥(吃了身體不舒服, 頭暈想吐),
還有一堆有的沒有的巫婆湯, 蘋果餐, 點點點...(短期有效果罷了)
長長久久的辦法還是少吃多運動, 讓它成為生活方式囉.
喜歡的東西, 試著少吃幾口, 要不真受不了, 吃完後就多動動.
有時候和朋友聚餐, 吃完這頓大餐後, 下一頓就吃清淡一點的.
