Exercise is the only way.
Short term weight loss will yield short term results with long term harm!
You might need to shed 30lbs now, and if you do you'd feel happy.
But after you have achieved this feat, your body will pile back those 30lbs and then some!!
Weight loss is like portfolio planning... think long term!
