吃少或不吃東西的減肥方法是最要不得的

人體需要足夠的熱量去讓每個器官Fuction properly
多或少攝取熱量同樣都會對身體造成一定的負擔
相信嗎? 不吃東西反而會使人胖的更快!!
身體一旦長期沒有足夠的熱量或食物
之後吃到的東西會馬上被轉成"脂肪" (注意! 是脂肪, 不是其他東西)
囤積在體內
原理就像駱駝一樣
平時會儲存水在陀峰裡以備不時之需

至於所謂的 Diet receipe, 只能救的了近火
Diet receipe 是以特定的食物組合在體內產生一些化學作用以達到快速減肥的效果
不過當然能不試盡量不試囉~~~

最好的當然還是規律的運動加上正常的飲食 (絕不吃宵夜!!!!! important!!!)
睡前三小時不能吃東西

妳的身體100%會吃不消

3~4 kg seems more reasonable

三餐正常的話
一個月可以瘦個十磅左右

這個真的最有效.....Diet都比不上多做運動減肥有效....

BTW you do know that depriving the body of proper nutrients will result in the body burning muscles and storing more fat, as well as shuttin' down your secondary systems.

All weight loss programs involve exercises to pump up your metabs... the more metabs you have the faster you burn off fat. Harsh dieting will result in the body storing more fat and burning muscles. You may think you are losing weight, but you are really losing vital body components and increasing your body fat.

Play more sports or do more exercises~ It's the only way!

30 lbs in month oh~~~
hum...... then you gotta work really hard on it, there was a way of doing it, I lost 10 kg in one month, for 3 meals, eat only veg. with chicken breast~ just boiled them, can't add any other thing~ and exercise's important too~~~ or you can try eat non-sugar red bean soup for a week, I lost 4/5 kg in that week~ eat the red bean soup whenever you're hungry~~~ good luck~~~
