maybe it's your metabolism is messed up because u've tried too many diets @@"
I believe the shake diet will really work if you do follow the book..
but it's kinda hard to do because you are so busy :S
i think it's cuz my matabolism is just natually low..
so i have to enhance it by a lot of excersize..
but i am lazy...

i can either eat very very very little and i will gradually loose weight
or i can excersize like crazy and gradually loose weight
or i can eat very very very little and excersize like crazy and loose weight very fast..=..="
any of them i cant do for a long time..so i am just doomed to be fat forever~

he's method is veggy and no starch..
i think that's pretty hard for most ppl..
veggy part is ok..no starch is very very very hard imo..
for myself i cant live without starch..
I LOVE NOODLES!!
well, I love rice, so...-_-

I'm sure there are other methods la.

but how come u used to be skinny?
u mean like when i was 10? lol
i dont think i was skinny then..i was just normal weight..
actually, my family already started to nag how fat i was at that time..
cuz my cousins are all freakishly skinny, compared to them i was big~
i think that has alot to do with why i am like this now ba..
kinda like 自暴自棄...

plus..i think i am really unhealthy right now..with all the late nights and bad eating habbits..

I do not know any "diet" methods. I only know

Weight loss = Calories burned - Calories consumed.

So the question is :

How to achieve max "Calories burned" and min "Calories consumed" , While satisfying the following four conditions,
1) be happy
2) regular healthy eating
3) regular exercise
4) reguar rest

That would be your homework.

P.S. It's a lifestyle. Listen to your body, it will tell you what to do.

yeah.. the body is very honest. The stuff you consume will reflect on your weight. Of course, what goes in, must come out. So the question now is, how much is left in the body and how much comes out. That should the "true" weight you consumed.

For me, my weight can vary 1~2 kg a day. Depending on what i eat and what i do. So i don't really pay that much attention to short term weight gain. It's just an indicator for me on what i might be doing right or wrong.
I did notice for weight increase, if you deal with it within in one week, it is very easy to shake off. Otherwise, I'll have to work much harder to get it down. I do no understand why, but it's just one thing, i noticed about my body.

The calories thing is just a guideline for people. It's not a bible. Weight loss is just a management issue to me. You manage yourself well enough, you will achieve your goal.
