Pacific Coach Lines is seeking individuals interested in becoming part of their energetic team located at Vancouver International Airport. Those who work well in a very busy and dynamic environment and like dealing with people will enjoy this position.

Main Duties:

Offer high quality customer service to both external and internal customers in a positive and professional manner, both in person and over the telephone
Handle cash and credit card sales
Obtain accurate passenger counts for each departure
Assist the driver to ensure that each coach departs of time
Utilize selling and up-selling techniques to promote and reserve tours and packages
Complete accurate sales reports
Perform other projects and duties assigned by management


Job Requirements
Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet
Experience with handling cash and credit card transactions
General knowledge of the Vancouver, Victoria, and Whistler tourism industry
Previous customer service and sales experience
Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational, administrative, and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Assets:

Tourism experience and/or post secondary training in tourism management
Fluent in English and a second language
