To oversee staff and perform various duties servingthree venues, including Chan Shun Concert Hall, Telus StudioTheatre and Royal Bank Cinema and to respond to commercial andacademic clients. Duties include: assisting in efficient running ofticket office; supervising ticket sellers; ensuring staff are atassigned stations; maintaining Ticketmaster system and producingreports; working from guidelines and instructions from Ticketoffice Coordinator; participating in training staff; handlingissues; assigning floats; ensuring dress code is upheld; ensuringstaff perform work in safe and correct manner and provideappropriate customer-service; assisting in emergency situations;performing duties of Ticket Sellers when required; and performingother related duties.
