To provide secretarial and clerical support to the Director, Office Manager and Advisors. Duties include: scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings; coordinating arrangements for special events including booking rooms, arranging catering, inviting and confirming attendees; processing hourly payroll and completing records; processing various forms; responding to oral and written enquiries; completing exam accommodation forms and request; communicating information regarding policies and procedures of exam accommodations to students, instructors and other staff; providing general information regarding disability-related accommodations and processes for receiving these accommodations; assisting with coordination of interpreting and captioning services; creating and maintaining files and database; composing routine correspondence; and performing other related duties.
