To provide administrative support and assist in the management ofdata analysis, teaching evaluations and curriculum changeprocesses. Duties include: assisting with data gathering, analysis,andresearch; implementing and managing processes for teachingevaluations; communicating with departments; constructing on-lineteaching evaluation surveys; managing the distribution and accessto teaching evaluation reports; performing analysis of evaluationresults and data; ordering and distributing forms; managing thecurriculum change process; assisting department committeerepresentatives; arranging meetings; proofreading calendar changes;distributing materials; acting as liaison with departments;assisting with advertising and collecting nominations; maintainingfiles, spreadsheets and communications; coordinating grants;preparing requisitions and appointments; assisting with receptionduties; providing secretarial support; and performing other relatedduties.
