We are LOOKing for you...
TaiwanFest – a non-profit organization – is dedicated to promoting Taiwanese Arts and Culture in North America. Throughout the years, we have brought the residents of Toronto and Vancouver dynamic stage shows and exquisite craft exhibitions.
These creative internships at TaiwanFest are a great opportunity for you to join us for 2008's TELUS TAIWANfest:


Assistant Creative Coordinator

·Responsibilities may include:
oPrint & Visual Design,
oExhibition Planning & Design,
oand/or Gate & Stage Design
·Assist in designing posters, tickets, brochures, invitations, project reports, photography, banners, indicators, stage backgrounds, newspaper ads, TV commercials, gate designs, etc.
·Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
·Familiar with AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max or Maya
·Have basic knowledge of offset printing
·Internship Position / Full Time Position
Assistant Web Designer/Developer

·An affinity for XHTML, CSS, Web Standards, and PHP
·A desire to create and maintain web pages
·Familiar with Drupal, phpBB, AJAX, Javascript, Photoshop, Flash, and/or Actionscript
·Understanding of page optimization, user interface, and cross-platform issues
·Internship Position
