To provide customer service and administrative support for Alumni Affairs. Duties include: welcoming and assisting all visitors; answering and redirecting phone, email and walk-in inquiries; sorting mail and redirect mail; coordinating courier delivery orders and ensure accounts and trace numbers are properly recorded; maintaining the reception area; providing administrative support for A-Card processes; providing backup for Booking Coordinator; updating the web calendar; assisting in preparation of information packages; processing membership forms; maintaining photocopier\supplies room and stock of photocopier paper and toner; ordering supplies; assisting with events logistics; providing support for TrekConnect; updating alumni records in Viking database; reconciling Pcard on a monthly basis; and performing other related duties.
