I think True Confection is pretty good, but i always order " Hazzle Nut" Chocolate cake or Mocha crean cake, not cheeze cake nei~ ...

hmm.. I think it depends on ppl's preference...
I like cheesecakes that are a bit hard...
the cheesecake in cheesecake etc. is too soft for me
and true confection cheesecakes are hard...
also there are more selections too~
I've never tried don't show the elephant...
I'll try some day...

As for the best Tiramisu, my favorite is the one at the Italian restaurant Chianti! The Tiramisu is served in a whisky glass and it has a strong whisky taste, stronger than other ones relatively. It's the best! :)

Well, if you like western Style cheese cake, I recommend the "Organic Tree Cafe"
The original store is in Vancouver Downtown behind the Birks
Its on Granville btw Hastings and Pender.
They also have a small outlet in Richmond public Library.

But the on in down town has more selections and a bit fresher.
They were named by Vancouver sun the best cheese cake in Vancouver.
