yeah.. in a lot of Taiwan shop .. they have cold noodle..

carrot, cucumber... and noodle w/ peanut butter sauce and stuff..


anyone knows how to make those ? first of all..what kind of noodle is it ? where can I get the noodle ?

its..~ oil noodle...
if u live in surrey..the cold noodle store in T&T probably sell that kind of noodle too..
as for the sauce..~ the basic peanut sauce can be bought at most of the supermarkets..
