we dun have the right to take another human being's life..
but so does the criminal or the killer or wutever..

but.. even the goverment is dependent on the 殺手 or something in some ways rite.. like 黑社會 or wutever.. (電視看太多了嗎)..

我還是覺得capital punishment 是治標不治本的的方法.....只不過是以一命抵一命吧了
這樣的話犯最也不會降低.....應該先從本做起的.......

actually, death penality costs ~38% (~2 million US) more than life sentences without parole.
