every post and it'll take u like 100 times of refresh to post one post..
which if u time it..is more then 40 seconds..
the admins are paying for the server out of their own pocket..
if u want to have a faster server, less of 現在伺服器太忙了 and none of 40 秒之內只能發一筆文章..this site would not be free..so deal with it!!

or flooding the journals can all cause the server to be busy..
