一開機, 進入 Windows 畫面後
什麼程式都不要開啟
然後過個一分鐘
看看 幕後處理程序 task list 是有多少個在跑
有些是必要 & 正當的
有些可能是 Spyware and Adware viruses
更嚴重的就是 trojan
總之越少越好, 不然記憶體都被吃光了

有些是你自己 install 的 program
可能設定一開機就自動開啟

but I don't know which ones I should delete @@

怎麼這麼多, 我才 18個 而已

不過不要亂刪, 要確定 list 上說某某程式是病毒
再按照它們提供的方法清除 :)
