難道你門當初沒有簽一張紙,合約(上面通常有rules saying after 10pm no noise)...etc
假如你們還沒簽約你可以請你爸爸去拿那張紙來,或去世政府申請
不過政府通常是比較保護房客

But I think she's really starting to annoy us.

I think People's Court deals with money issues not annoying ppl. well maybe annoying ppl usually have money issues as well.

朋友還朋友. You need to tell the truth and ask them what would they do if they are in your position. When all else FAILED, Just kick them out at any time. Tell them to find a new place, or stop the water and electricity and heat for a few days. Get some huge dogs and have dog house near their entrance for a few days. Remember: Pick the kind of dogs that would bite ppl's hand off and not the cutie kind. This is an extreme measure, it is one possibility when it is absolutely necessary.
